Amrita Spa is reserved for the exclusive use of hotel
residents and Amrita/RafflesAmrita Spa members only, members
only, unless otherwise stated. Hotel management reserves
the right to refuse access to anyone whose dressing or
behaviour is deemed inappropriate of likely to disturb
or endanger other spa guests.

Bookings We recommend guests book their treatments in advance. Guests may place their advance booking not more than 3 months ahead of the scheduled treatment. Bookings made need to be guaranteed with a credit card number.

Gift Vouchers Amrita / RafflesAmrita staff will be happy to recommend a selection of creative gifts, products and packages for personal use or to be given away.

Spa Products Amrita / RafflesAmrita Spa's private-label may be purchased from the reception.

Etiquette To ensure our guests enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of Amrita/RafflesAmrita Spa, we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum in the spa's treatment and relaxation areas. Mobile phones, pagers and electronic devices are discouraged. Your co-operation is much appreciated.

Valuables We request that jewelry not be worn during your visit to the spa and suggest that all valuables be left in the safe in your room for security. The Management of Amrita/RafflesAmrita Spa accepts no responsibility for the safety of money and valuables brought into the Spa premises.

Fitness Sports clothing and appropriate sports shoes must be worn in the fitness centre. Guests are advised to consult their doctors/physicians before beginning on the fitness programmes. Before you begin your fitness programme, it is always advisable to warm up your muscles by stretching and avoid heavy meals and use of the sauna and steamroom.

Treatments Guests should arrive at Amrita/RafflesAmrita's reception at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointments. If guests are late, their treatment time may be shortened. Any inappropriate behaviour by guests will be reported to management and guests are also required to complete a confidential medical questionnaire before their treatment. Guests will be charged for cancellation of treatments if cancellation is done with less than 24 hours notice. Please remember to bring your swimwear.

Payment Payment for treatments and use of facilities can be made either by cash or by most credit cards. Hotel residents may charge treatements, services and products to their rooms.

Refund Policy Treatment packages, courses and products are not exchangeable or refundable.

Special Consideration Guests who are pregnant, have high blood pressure or have a heart condition are advised to consult their doctors before using the spa services or treatments.
