Ayurveda is a holistic treatment which works on three levels, the mind, body and soul, to promote overall well being. Shirodahara (pouring of sesames oil onto third eye) is used to relieve mental tensions and provide a calm state of mind. The regular rhythm of the pouring has a restorative effect on the senses.

Beginning with a luxurious sandalwood body exfoliation, this treatment removes impurities by stimulating the body to naturally eliminate toxins. Aromatherapy oils based on botanical extracts are massaged into the legs using is a lymph massage techniques to nourish the skin and help to eliminate the build up of fluids.
The thermal mineral mask is then applied to the back of the legs and buttocks to reduce the appearance of cellulite and boost detoxification. Your skin will be left smooth, soft and well nourished.
